You may request order cancellation before the order is packed, dispatched, or marked ready for delivery.

How To Cancel

Contact our support team with your order number and registered phone number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

If payment has already been made and cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed according to the payment partner and bank timelines.

Orders that are dispatched, delivered, custom packed, or perishable may not be eligible for cancellation.
